小學部通過小班化管理(24人/班)，關注每一個學生在教育教學過程中知識與技能、能力與認知的發展狀態，以及語言、邏輯和學術發展水平。尤其關注兒童心理發展，通過心理課程、生命教育課程以及各類社團活動、社會實踐活動，讓每個孩子在學校教育中都能獲得成就感和認同感。
